Eleven people reported and over two hundred identified: this is the result of extraordinary checks carried out over the weekend in Bolzano as part of a "High Impact" operation ordered by Police Chief Giuseppe Ferrari . The operation involved officers from the State Police , the Carabinieri , the Guardia di Finanza , and the Municipal Police , with the aim of strengthening the prevention and fight against widespread illegal activity, focusing in particular on urban areas considered most sensitive from a public safety perspective. During the operations, 220 people were identified and 42 vehicles were checked.

Piazza Verdi: A young man found with cocaine and hashish

The most significant operation occurred on Saturday morning, when a team from the Flying Squad patrolling Piazza Verdi decided to conduct a more thorough check on a young man. During the search, they found ten heat-sealed packages containing cocaine and approximately 10 grams of hashish in the boy's purse . The young man, an 18-year-old Tunisian citizen, was taken to the police headquarters and charged with possession with intent to distribute narcotics . In addition to the drugs, the officers also seized a 20 euro note, believed, according to the investigations, to be the proceeds of a previous drug dealing activity.

Annoying customer in a bar: reported for threatening officers

On Saturday evening, officers from the Flying Squad responded to a public establishment in the Gries area after receiving a report of a disruptive customer. Upon arrival, they detained the man, who allegedly refused to provide his personal details, requiring him to be taken to the police station for identification. Following the investigation, the individual, a 46-year-old Moroccan citizen residing in Trentino with a criminal record, was charged for his behavior during the incident and for threatening the staff.

Valuable bicycle recovered: 30-year-old reported

On Sunday morning, during a patrol on Via Marconi, a patrol car spotted a 30-year-old Albanian man, already known to law enforcement for several previous bicycle thefts, riding a valuable city bike. When stopped by officers, the man reportedly found the bike downtown and stole it. Following investigations by the judicial police, the 30-year-old was charged with receiving stolen goods.

Further reports of theft and violation of the expulsion order

Over the weekend, officials also reported two young men suspected of a theft inside a supermarket in the city center. Six other people were reported for failing to comply with an eviction order issued by the City of Bolzano , a measure that prohibited them from being present on municipal property.
