Naples, high-impact checks in the Vasto area: three reported and one business suspended.
Carabinieri operation in the Vasto neighborhood and surrounding areas: 67 people were identified and 33 vehicles were checked. Fines totaling approximately €12 were issued at a pastry shop.
Checks in the Vasto neighborhood
High-impact checks continue in the Vasto neighborhood of Naples and surrounding areas. Carabinieri officers from the Napoli Stella Company, along with members of the Mobile Radio Unit , the NIL (National Information and Information Service ), and personnel from the Naples Local Health Authority (ASL ), have conducted a patrol of the area, focusing in particular on commercial activities and potential irregularities.
During the operation, 67 people were identified and 33 vehicles were checked.
Irregularities in a pastry shop
Particular attention was paid to a pastry shop , where inspections revealed several irregularities. According to the Carabinieri, serious hygiene and sanitation deficiencies were found within the business , in addition to the absence of a SCIA (Health and Safety Assessment Plan) and a HACCP manual.

The operators also found the presence of an illegal worker , together with the failure to carry out medical examinations and the lack of training of workers.
The owner was reported, the business was suspended
Following the investigation, the business owner, a 34-year-old entrepreneur , was charged. He was also fined approximately €12.
In light of the irregularities found, the suspension of the activity was also ordered.
A 22-year-old was reported for evading custody
During the same operation, the Carabinieri reported a 22-year-old for escaping . The young man, already under house arrest , was found outside his home during the checks.
His position was then reported to the Judicial Authority for the relevant procedures.
A 58-year-old is also in trouble
Another incident involved a 58-year-old Neapolitan man , already known to law enforcement. The man was caught, according to police, illegally operating a parking lot.
In this case too, a complaint was filed with the competent authority.
Checks in the Vasto
The operation is part of a wide-ranging surveillance effort in the Vasto district and surrounding areas, involving various branches of the Carabinieri and health services.
The aim of the checks was to verify both the legality of commercial activities and compliance with the requirements imposed on people subject to restrictive measures or already known to law enforcement.
