Naples: Carabinieri arrest 52-year-old drug dealer in emergency room parking lot

The client was reported to the Prefecture for personal drug use, while the 52-year-old, already known to law enforcement, was arrested. He was arrested for possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and subsequently placed under house arrest pending trial.
