The dog's owners contacted the Operations Center in a dire emergency: Aiko had sustained serious injuries, and every minute could have mattered, but the car they were trying to reach a veterinary clinic in was stuck in traffic.
The patrol car intercepts the car and opens the way
Upon receiving the call for help, 113 operators immediately activated a patrol car from the Belluno Police Headquarters . The officers were able to locate the car carrying the puppy's owners and began an emergency escort to the veterinary facility, enabling the car to arrive as quickly as possible. Thanks to the prompt intervention, the vets were able to immediately take care of Aiko and intervene to save his life.
