Rome: A 19-year-old woman stabs her friend in the back during an argument over a boy.
A romantic argument between two women escalates into a stabbing. It happened in Rome's Tor Bella Monaca, where a 25-year-old woman was taken to the Tor Vergata Polyclinic for surgery. Her condition is not believed to be life-threatening. It was around 4:00 a.m. yesterday when the 25-year-old and her 19-year-old friend arranged to meet via social media on Via Francesco Anichini to discuss a boy. The confrontation then escalated into a violent argument, and it appears the 25-year-old pulled out a knife, which the 19-year-old then took from her, using it to stab her friend four times in the back. The 19-year-old has been arrested. Officers from the Casilino police station are conducting the investigation. Forensic scientists also arrived on site to conduct the necessary tests.
