Club del Sole inaugurated Primero Waterland, the new aquatic center of the Tenuta Primero Family Resort, in Grado, in the presence of the mayor and local authorities. The opening of the new park represents a significant milestone in the resort's development and reinforces Tenuta Primero's position as one of the most comprehensive and innovative open-air destinations in the Northern Adriatic, where water becomes the common thread of a unique holiday experience. Sea, lagoon, marinas, golf, Houseboat Waterdream, Splash Bay, private beach, and now Primero Waterland: at Tenuta Primero, water is much more than a landscape element; it is an integral part of the holiday experience, a presence that accompanies guests in diverse ways, transforming every moment of their holiday into an opportunity for well-being, discovery, and fun. With over 6.000 square meters dedicated to water, relaxation, and entertainment, Primero Waterland represents one of the main new features of summer 2026 and a new element of the Full Life Holidays vision, the hospitality model developed by Club del Sole that combines comfort and nature in a unique experience. 

At Tenuta Primero, water is more than just a natural presence: it's a defining element that characterizes the entire stay experience. From the sea and lagoon surrounding the Resort to the two fully equipped marinas, from the exclusive Waterdream Houseboats, which offer the unique experience of staying directly on the water, to Primero Splash Bay, the seaside water park opening in 2025, every project is designed to enhance the authentic connection between guests, the local area, and nature. Making the Tenuta Primero experience even more distinctive is its private beach, stretching over half a kilometer overlooking the Adriatic Sea. For the 2026 season, the area has been further enhanced with a significant expansion of amenities, including over 150 beach umbrellas, new deluxe gazebos, premium umbrellas dedicated to families, and the launch of a pedal boat and SUP rental service. 

The beach also features two waterfront dining options, the Kite Bar and the Afen Bar, making it a vibrant hub throughout the day. Starting this year, access to the beach and its amenities will also be available to external guests, further strengthening the connection between the Resort and the local area. With Primero Waterland, this journey has taken a new chapter, further expanding the opportunities for fun, relaxation, and wellness for families, children, and adults. 

The 2026 season marks a significant evolution of the Resort's water park offerings. The new water park expands from approximately 500 square meters to over 2.000 square meters of water surface, complemented by an additional 4.000 square meters of equipped solarium. Designed for guests of all ages, Primero Waterland offers a large lagoon with soft water slides, a pool exclusively for children just 50 centimeters deep, an innovative spray park with interactive water games, a wellness pool with massaging jets, a dedicated swimming pool, and a charming river pool that flows through the area, offering moments of relaxation surrounded by greenery. The entire project was developed to offer guests an increasingly comprehensive experience, where fun, sport, and wellness harmoniously coexist in a unique natural setting between the sea and the lagoon. 

Primero Waterland's investment is part of a broader development program spearheaded by Club del Sole through its Real Estate division, an internal structure specializing in the design, construction, and redevelopment of open-air tourist destinations. For the Group, every investment represents a long-term vision: to create increasingly attractive, sustainable, and integrated destinations within the local area. The Resort is home to a prestigious 18-hole golf course, among the most popular in the Northern Adriatic, and two fully equipped marinas offering dedicated services to boaters, making Tenuta Primero a leading destination for nautical tourism as well. 

In recent years, the resort has significantly expanded its accommodation offerings with the introduction of modern, designer lodges, increasingly popular with those who want to experience nature without sacrificing comfort. In 2026 alone, approximately 150 new units were installed, further strengthening the quality and attractiveness of the destination. Great attention has also been paid to sports and outdoor activities, with three five-a-side soccer fields, three tennis courts, one padel court, one basketball court, one volleyball court, a skate park, and two beach volleyball courts on the beach, in addition to a rich program of activities that includes soccer lessons, tennis lessons, and guided excursions to explore the area.
