Cospito and 41bis, Rome Surveillance Court reserves its decision: decision in the next few days

The Rome Surveillance Court has reserved its decision on the appeal filed by Alfredo Cospito's defense against the Ministry of Justice's decision to renew the anarchist's 41bis prison regime for two years.  

The decision will be made in the coming days. During this morning's hearing, a sit-in took place outside the Surveillance Court in solidarity with Cospito, who has been detained in Sassari under the strict prison regime since 2022.
