Fedez's photo with Giulia and little Edoardo is causing controversy: the details

Fedez has returned home after being hospitalized and is enjoying the excitement of being a father of three alongside his partner Giulia Honegger. The rapper shared a snapshot of the feet of little Edoardo Lupo, born on July 18th, in his mother Giulia's arms. However, the snapshot sparked a social media storm due to a detail that didn't go unnoticed.  

The newborn is in his mother's arms, but the image only shows the woman's hands and legs, as well as the fact that she's wearing nude panties. At first glance, it appears—according to social media users—that his partner is wearing no underwear. However, a closer look at the photo reveals them. Fedez, however, chose not to respond to the criticism.  

Fedez returned home on July 23rd. The rapper had been admitted to the Gastroenterology department after a bleeding episode. On the evening of Monday, July 20th, Fedez arrived by ambulance at the Fatebenefratelli emergency room in Milano, the hospital where he underwent emergency surgery in 2023 for bleeding ulcers. His life was saved, as he himself recounted upon leaving the facility and thanking the doctors and nurses. After a day in the Surgery Unit, the artist left the Fatebenefratelli Hospital on the evening of Tuesday, July 21st, for Humanitas. He was then discharged on July 23rd.
