Learning Forum 2026, the new frontier of education

Wednesday, June 17th at Milano The fifth edition of the Learning Forum, promoted and organized by Comunicazione Italiana, will take place at the Assolombarda headquarters. The underlying theme of this edition is "Learning Voice." With the integration of new assessment tools implemented by AI into training processes, the question that arises is how to monitor effectiveness and final results.

In the presence of over 140 speakers, including C-level representatives from the Training and HR fields, and 29 partner companies in the sector, we will address key issues related to learning methods and their implementation. The event will begin at 09:00 a.m. in the Assolombarda Auditorium with the opening talk: "Learning Voice: How Companies Can Give Learners a Voice," featuring speakers from Sara Callegari, Engie Italia, Cecilia Calvi Parisetti, Air Liquide, Romina Chirichilli, Open Fiber, Marilena Dalla Patti, Kuehne+Nagel, Luca Malinverno, Datapizza, Serena Rossi, and Siemens Healthiness. Moderation will be provided by Federico Luperi, Volocom.

The sessions will then begin in the various rooms: Auditorium (room open to the public), Phygital Room (room open to the public with live streaming on comunicazioneitaliana.tv), Thematic Tables Room and Executive Circle (behind closed doors, with access only to speakers), Business Matching Area, and Exhibition Desk Area.

Starting this edition, the Learning Forum is enriched with a new space: "Beyond: Ideas and People that Drive Decisions." This new editorial format from Comunicazione Italiana complements, rather than replaces, the Forum's institutional communications, offering a platform dedicated to the authenticity of managers, academics, and opinion leaders.

It is designed as an influential media outlet focused on the individual and the process rather than simply on posture or outcome, enriching the debate with unconventional perspectives. The format is divided into four parts: "The Cover," "The Editorial," "The Point of View," and "The Interview." It will be streamed live on comunicazioneitaliana.tv, edited and moderated by Giovanni Sacchitelli.

The Learning Forum, launched in 2022 as a spin-off of the HR Forum, is recognized as a forum for discussion on training-related topics and networking between corporate C-level executives and B2B companies operating in the sector.
