The voucher introduced by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy focuses on smaller production entities: micro, small, and medium-sized businesses and self-employed workers. This deliberate choice reflects an awareness of how much of Italy's productive fabric is largely composed of small businesses, often penalized in innovation processes by limited financial resources.
To support businesses and professionals on this journey, TeamSystem offers a dedicated guide and 16 cloud products compliant with the measure's requirements, distributed across the main market segments. The offering covers the needs of SMEs and professional firms, enabling them to adopt digital solutions already eligible for the incentives provided by the Voucher.
The grant covers up to 50% of eligible expenses, up to a maximum of €20.000 per request. Eligible expenses include the purchase of software, cloud services, and, where applicable, hardware. For SMEs , the TeamSystem portfolio includes eleven compliant solutions, including TS Waste 360 , TS HR AI , TS Enterprise Legal , Contract Management , TS Cantieri , CPM in Cloud , TS Azienda Cloud , TS Enterprise Cloud , MES in Cloud , WMS Enterprise , and APS , developed to support companies in the manufacturing, construction, logistics, and services sectors, helping improve operational efficiency and process management through cloud technologies.
Professional firms can instead count on five solutions dedicated to the specific needs of lawyers, accountants and employment consultants: TS Studio Lega l, Netlex , TS Studio HR , TS Studio Paghe and TS Studio Cloud , which allow them to digitise daily activities, simplify firm management and organise work more efficiently.
Spending plans must have a minimum value of €4.000 and can be purchased directly, through a subscription, or a combination of both, in compliance with the provisions of the measure. Digitalization continues to be one of the key drivers of growth for the Italian manufacturing system, and the Voucher represents a concrete opportunity to support businesses and professionals in their digital transformation journeys, supporting the adoption of increasingly strategic technologies to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and the ability to respond to new market challenges.
Voucher applications can be submitted exclusively online through the MIMIT IT platform, starting from 12:00 noon on November 10, 2026, and ending at 12:00 noon on January 20, 2027. Applications will be available starting October 20, 2026 , allowing interested businesses and professionals to prepare the necessary documentation in advance.
