On April 19, 2026, the National NatureTherapy® Association is organizing "Natural Connections," a day dedicated to rediscovering nature and promoting mental and physical well-being. The event will take place in over 45 locations throughout Italy. From the mountains of Lombardy to the coasts of Romagna, passing through urban parks and the countryside, Italy will become one great collective expanse, an opportunity to immerse yourself in nature and reconnect with yourself.

An event throughout Italy: from Alto Adige to Sicily

“Natural Connections” will take place in various locations including Bormio (Sondrio), Parco dei Giganti in San Giuliano Milanese, Parco Forlanini in Milano, Increa Park in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) and Oglio Nord Park in Rudiano (Brescia), along with many other locations from north to south. In each area, participants will be able to take part in free group experiences, led by NatureTherapy® Facilitators who will lead them on sensory journeys in contact with nature.

An opportunity for well-being: reconnecting with the essential

The day, which will take place from 16 to 18 pm, offers an opportunity to rediscover the beauty of living in harmony with nature, taking a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Through activities such as mindful walking, tree meditation, deep breathing, and listening to natural sounds, "Natural Connections" helps participants regain mental and physical balance, promoting stress recovery and improving their ability to self-regulate.

The Benefits of Nature: Between Science and Spirituality

Science confirms that contact with nature can reduce negative emotions like anxiety and anger, while promoting self-esteem and inner balance. NatureTherapy® founder Alessandro Vittorio Benetti states: “Spending time immersed in nature is an act of healing for our body-mind-emotion system. It is a mindfulness practice that allows us to recharge, rediscover a more natural rhythm, and establish a profound connection with our environment and ourselves.”
